About Us

I have been practicing in the field of Nutrition for over 30 years and in diabetes for 22 of those years. I have the unique experience of working in one of the largest Endocrinology practices in our area. I have worked with a multitude of clients from all different backgrounds to achieve their diet goals. 

I am passionate about wellness and diabetes!  However, I struggle with diet and temptation daily as most of us do in the current culture.  As the counselors personality type (INFJ), I love to listen to clients needs and try to develop the best plan.  I work hard to practice what I preach, but believe we have to just do our best.  Any change you make is in the right direction.  My health and diet are still evolving.
