Real Life Nutrition Inc. was started in March of 2005, because I wanted to teach diabetes education the way I felt was most effective, and in a setting that was convenient to the patients we serve. The mission of Real Life Nutrition is to provide affordable, easily accessible nutrition counseling and diabetes education to the community that will empower them to improve their health.
The name for the company “Real Life Nutrition” came about to speak to my philosophy in nutrition and diabetes. I feel that there is what we should do, and then what each of us individually is willing or capable to do. I will try to help you work for the initial goal, but at your own speed. Any change you make in your life will be a step in the right direction. The important part is to get started on the journey.
